What “Verification” Actually Means
Verification is AADSAS standardizing your coursework so schools compare applicants fairly:
- Each course is placed in a subject category (this feeds BCP vs Science GPA — see AADSAS BCP GPA explained)
- Grades convert to AADSAS numeric values (e.g. A- = 3.67)
- Official GPAs are calculated
- Degrees are confirmed as awarded when applicable
If AADSAS finds significant entry errors, the application can be undelivered (returned for corrections) — that resets your place in line. Accuracy on transcript entry matters more than speed alone.
